The administrative support staff are the critical piece in the MC “puzzle.” Without them, the puzzle remains unfinished, the picture isn’t clear, and completion remains elusive. With the administrative support staff, the critical piece(s) comes together, the picture is beautiful, and there is a sense of satisfaction and completion. We need our administrative support staff! No matter where we are, they are the critical piece of the puzzle that makes everything come together.

Like a lighthouse, our administrative aides (AA) stand ready to assist the College community. AAs remind all of us to stay on the path with the correct forms, deadlines, and all the names that we forget with the warning that we will crash on the rocks should we not follow their guidance. They save us at the darkest moments and they are beautiful reminders that we need not worry when we are away. AAs are the rock and the light! I am going to shout out Joan Rozario who is an amazing miracle worker and whose grace and poise are beyond her years!
