New Supervisor Orientation Program Returns March 23

The spring session of the New Supervisor Orientation Program begins Tuesday, March 23, 9 a.m. The program is specifically designed for supervisors who are new to the College or MC employees who have been recently promoted to a supervisory role. The four morning sessions, from 9 a.m.–1 p.m. on March 23, 25, 31, and April 1, will provide participants the essential information needed to manage and lead a team at Montgomery College. Attendance and participation are required for each morning session as the program content and topics are related and build upon one another. This year’s program premieres the addition of sessions led by the Office of Business Services. Visit Workday Learn to enroll.
