The College will be holding a virtual commencement ceremony for our Class of 2021—and we are trying to find ways to make it special for our graduates. Help MCTV and the Office of Special Events honor the Class of 2021 by recording a short (30 seconds or less) video message to the MC Class of 2021. Message will be edited together with other faculty and staff messages to be a part of the festivities during our virtual commencement ceremony, Friday, May 21. Update on the Talent Share Program
As the College starts to plan for a return to campus, we have seen a decrease in the number of employees available to participate in the Talent Share program. However, the program will continue as it has allowed the College to practice prudent fiscal stewardship and provide opportunities for our employees to share their talent and skills supporting other units within the College community. Please continue to inform the talent acquisition and employment team of your staffing needs and they will support departments through Talent Share. Staffing requests that can’t be filled through talent share can be addressed through contracted services using one of our vendors. Visit temporary staffing for more information on the vendor process.
A Special Thanks to Our Public Safety Employees
We want to take this opportunity to recognize the significant contributions that the Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management staff made to the Talent Share program. We had over 42 employees from Public Safety participating in the program. We truly appreciate their support!
