Montgomery College Hosts COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Sites at Campuses
We all share a responsibility to do everything we can to keep our community safe from the coronavirus. For this reason, Montgomery College encourages all eligible students, faculty, staff, and visitors to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and has hosted vaccination and testing sites on multiple campuses for the community. See locations and details below.
Rockville Campus, CB Building
Vaccinations and testing for COVID-19 will continue at least through October at the Rockville Campus of Montgomery College. The Rockville Campus clinic, however, has moved from the South Campus Instruction Building (SB) to the Counseling and Advising Building (CB). The clinic is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for appointments and walk-ins. All are welcome. If you wish, you can schedule an appointment at the Montgomery County vaccine website. Clinic closed September 5–6 for the Labor Day holiday.
Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus, ST Building, Student Lounge
In partnership with Holy Cross Health, COVID-19 clinics will also be held each Thursday at the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus in the ST Building, 2nd floor student lounge. Times will alternate each week between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m. The clinics are for MC students, employees, and for the Montgomery County community. Next clinic: September 2, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Walk-ins only.
Germantown Campus
A COVID-19 vaccination site will also be opening on the Germantown Campus. More details will be announced soon.
You can also text your ZIP code to 438829 to receive a list of vaccine locations nearest to you. En Español: Envíe su código postal por mensaje de texto al número 822862 para recibir una lista de los centros de vacunación más cercanos a usted.

SHaW Center Offers Training During September, National Suicide Prevention Month
You can “ask a question, save a life.” Suicide is an ongoing public health problem across the country and close to home. The pandemic has exacerbated the mental health struggles of many and an increase in death by suicide. But there is something that we can do to help protect our students, family, friends, and even ourselves. The QPR (Question. Persuade. Refer.) suicide gatekeeper training program teaches attendees to recognize the warning signs of suicide, how to ask the question, and how to make referrals that can save someone's life. The SHaW Center is offering virtual QPR classes for faculty, staff, and students during National Suicide Prevention Month. Register for a class.
