The Office of E-Learning, Innovation and Teaching Excellence (ELITE) is offering the Global Leadership Cohort (GLC), a unique professional development opportunity open to all MC employees. The GLC reaffirms Montgomery College’s commitment to developing global leaders who will restore, evolve, and transform the College into a post-pandemic institution uniquely positioned to be a leader in higher education. The GLC aims to develop individual and team leadership capabilities in areas of intercultural competency, diversity and inclusion, innovation, and ‘coaching at work.’ GLC draws from valuable research, theory, and diagnostic tools from world renowned experts in the field of leadership, organizational behavior, performance, and culture.
Classes are a mixture of half-day and full-day classes, which are delivered virtually. The 10th class is for project presentations and a graduation ceremony. Application deadline is October 12, 2021. Register in MC Learns through Workday.

Enter Your FY22 Performance Goals in Workday
Workday Performance is live and ready for employees and supervisors to enter FY22 performance goals. When an employee enters individual performance goals, Workday automatically send the goals to the supervisor/manager for approval. One of the benefits of Workday is it provides the ability to evaluate and track progress against objectives throughout the year. When it comes time to complete the FY22 Performance Evaluation later in the year, the performance goals will auto-populate the form. For step-by-step instructions, view the job aid for employees and for supervisors/managers. For questions about goals, please email performance@montgomerycollege.edu.
