Welcome Back to Full Onsite Return to CampusImportant Reminders as We Transition Back
Employees who are vaccinated after November 8, 2021 will be considered partially vaccinated as of the date of their first dose, and they must follow the other requirements of these protocols:
- Notify Employee Exception of their COVID‑19 vaccination status, including the date of the first dose (Pfizer or Moderna) or single dose (Johnson & Johnson), and the date scheduled for the second dose (if applicable).
- Adhere to the College’s COVID-19 testing protocols until the employee is fully vaccinated.
Weekly COVID‑19 Testing Required for Employees Who Submitted Exceptions to Vaccination
Employees who have been approved for an exception or who have an exception request under review (i.e., in pending status) will be notified and provided information and instructions on the weekly COVID‑19 testing requirement. Additionally, supervisors will be notified if the employee is required to follow the College’s COVID‑19 testing requirement; however, supervisors will not be informed as to the reason. Information and instructions on the weekly testing requirement will also be shared with the supervisors.

Confirm Your Direct Deposit and Tax Withholding Elections by November 12
As you review and confirm your benefits, beneficiaries, and emergency contacts for 2022, you should also confirm your current address and tax withholding and direct deposit elections to ensure the most accurate information is imported into Workday. During our payroll parallel testing for the transition to Workday in January 2022, we discovered many employees that moved from one state to another and did not update their applicable tax withholding form. We intend to send targeted messaging to those in this category, but encourage all employees to take the time to make sure their tax withholding and direct deposit information is accurate for January 2022 by the Open Enrollment deadline of November 12. Please look for additional communications from the Workday project team regarding this and other important action items to ensure a smooth transition. If you find you need to securely make a change to your tax withholdings and/or direct deposit information, please visit Payroll and select Upload Federal and State Withholding Forms and/or Online Direct Deposit Authorization Form.
Please contact Payroll with any questions.
