FY22 Required Workday Training Announced, Due by December 23

The annual employee required training for FY22 was announced to the Montgomery College community in the recent November 22, 2021 memo. In preparation for the Workday transition on Monday, January 3, 2022, the majority of the required FY22 trainings are Workday trainings, which need to be completed by Thursday, December 23, 2021. Workday training requirements are dependent upon the employee's respective role and responsibilities at the College.
To ensure that employees are fully prepared for the Workday live date of January 3, 2022, it is essential that employees and their supervisors review the topics and descriptions of the training provided and proactively participate in the training activities that are relevant to their role. Visit the Office of Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management Required Training page to view the list of Workday trainings along with employee type.

Available Trainings During the Workday Blackout Period

One of the required Workday training courses, Core Concepts (all MC employees), is now available in video format. Live trainings are available this week and next via Zoom. For those who cannot make the live training, these trainings will be recorded and posted on the Workday Training webpage. Please check back frequently for newly released and on‑demand trainings, which will be posted as soon as possible.

Proof of Completion Process

To receive credit for completing the required Workday trainings during the Workday blackout period of November 27, 2021 through January 2, 2022, a confirmation (proof of completion) process has been developed for use during this timeframe.
