Please see the template instructions in this memo email template for your reference. This text is also placeholder text that you will replace with the text of your memo. Begin with creating a new blank draft email message.
Create a new blank draft email message in Outlook, Office 365 Outlook (web), Mail, or other email software you use. You will paste the template elements into the blank draft email message.Select all, then copy and paste the template into the blank draft email message.
After creating the blank draft email message, return to this web page template in your web browser and choose the “Select All” command to select everything on this web page. Keyboard shortcut: Control + A (Windows) and Command + A (Mac OS)With all the elements highlighted on this web page, choose the “Copy” command in your web browser. Keyboard shortcut: Control + C (Windows) and Command + C (Mac OS) Return to your blank draft email message, and click in the body of the draft message. Then choose the “Paste” command to paste the memo template elements into your blank draft email message. Keyboard shortcut: Control + V (Windows) and Command + V (Mac OS) Delete text placeholders and instructions and replace with memo text. Save before sending.
After you paste the template into your draft email message, replace the template instructions with the text of your memo.
