Reminder: Submit Flexible Work Arrangement Forms for New Fiscal Year 2023

Telework/Flexible Work Arrangement forms must be submitted each fiscal year. Employees should submit approved (signed) Flexible Work Arrangements for FY23. As outlined in the Flexible Work Arrangements Procedure, approval of all telework agreements must be based on the operational and service needs of a unit and the essential job duties of a position. Factors for supervisors to consider in determining eligibility can be found on the Flexible Work Arrangements webpage in the telework/telecommute section.
Please follow these steps for submitting requests for telework/flexible work arrangements.
  • Visit the Flexible Work Arrangements webpage for information, forms, and instructions.
  • Download and complete the Telework/Telecommute Application & Terms and Conditions Agreement form and/or the Alternate Work Schedule Application form.
  • Submit the completed agreement form(s) to your supervisors for approvals and signatures.
  • Your supervisor will return the approved and signed form(s) to you, so that you can complete the process by submitting the approved form(s) online.
  • Upload the approved form(s) at the Approved Flexible Work Arrangement Submission webpage to complete the process.
Should you have any questions or need assistance related to telework, please contact your area or unit’s designated HR Internal Consultant or email Flexible Work Arrangements.

Take Some Leave and Enjoy the Summer

It is important that we all take time to step away from work, rejuvenate, and attend to our personal and family needs and interests. We encourage all employees to use their available annual leave/recess days and to communicate and work with their supervisors to ensure that they can do so. Enjoy the summer!
