FY22 Performance Evaluation Workshops Offered in Workday

The August 19 deadine for submitting completed and acknowledged FY22 Performance Evaluations is just around the corner. The Office of Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management (HRSTM) offers upcoming Performance Evaluation workshops in Workday in self‑directed training and live webinar formats.

Upcoming Workshops

Visit Performance Management in MC Learns through Workday.

  • Completing a Self-Evaluation (Self-Directed Training)
    This training covers the three essential elements of the evaluation—job performance, goals, and competencies—and will help you prepare, participate, and complete your self‑evaluation.
  • How to Complete a Self Evaluation in Workday (Video Demonstration)

ELITE Offers More Summer Professional Development Sessions for Staff August 10

The Office of E-Learning, Innovation, and Teaching Excellence’s (ELITE) new initiative, the Summer Staff Professional Development program, continues with August sessions scheduled for Wednesday, August 10. You can sign up for one, any, or all day.
ELITE launched the Summer Staff Professional Development program on June 30 this year to provide a rich variety of one‑hour training sessions designed for Montgomery College staff. The sessions were scheduled via Zoom over several dates in June, July, and August, to give staff the widest range of opportunities to attend as many of the professional development offerings as possible.

Upcoming Classes Scheduled on August 10

  • Cross Cultural Communication, 11 a.m.–noon
  • Discover the Intelligent features of PowerPoint 365, 1–2 p.m.
  • Start with Why: A Conversation, 2–3 p.m.
  • Time Management, 3–4 p.m.

COVID-19 Vaccination Data and Weekly Testing Results Now in Workday

Effective May 25, 2022, all COVID-19 vaccination information that was previously provided has been uploaded into employees’ personal information in Workday. All weekly COVID-19 testing results for approved/pending exceptions should be updated in Workday. View the Add My Workplace Test job aid for detailed instructions. No further action is needed for employees who do not have an approved or pending exception. If employees would like to verify or add any additional COVID-19 vaccinations, visit Add My Vaccination/Check Vaccination Status in Workday.
