Employee Spotlight: Meet Eddie Fuentes!
Eddie is the building and grounds maintenance manager on the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus. He loves working at MC. He started his career at MC in 2008 as a ground maintenance worker on the Rockville Campus.
He was promoted to lead grounds maintenance worker, then supervisor. Last fall, he assumed his current role. Along the way Eddie took advantage of the Employee Assistance Program to earn landscape technology credentials. Eddie also participated in many MC cohort programs including MC Management (2020) and Leadership Development Institute (2021).
He served on the President's Advisory Commity on Equity and Inclusion (PACEI) and was one of the first trained Search Advocates.
