Medicare Notice of Creditable Coverage Notice
You will receive a letter at home from Montgomery College regarding Medicare and Creditable Coverage for prescriptions.
By law, the College is required to send the notice.
Most employees and retirees will NOT need to take action. The notice states that if you have prescription drug coverage through the College, it is "creditable.” You should keep this notice with your important documents in case you decide to enroll in a Medicare drug plan in the future.
