Summer Period Activity Pay Due Dates for FacultySummer II (202410) starts July 10, 2023, and ends August 18, 2023.
In order for part-time and full-time faculty to be paid by July 28, 2023, all Period Activity Pays must be completed and approved by the dean or chair by COB Thursday, July 20.

Reminder: Deferred Pay Program Forms Due by August 1The Deferred Pay Program (DPP) for full-time faculty is still open for the FY24 academic year. All acknowledgement forms for the FY24 Academic Year are due to HRSTM for processing by August 1.
To learn more about eligibility, how DP deductions are calculated, and the benefits and limitations of the program, please visit the Deferred Pay Program webpage on the Office of Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management (HRSTM) website.

Don’t Miss the Deadline: FY23 Performance Evaluations Due by August 18Have you completed your self-evaluation yet? In a memo dated May 22, 2023, HRSTM recommended that self-evaluations be completed by the end of June, allowing managers and supervisors the month of July to conduct evaluations and meet with employees.
The collegewide deadline for the supervisor evaluations is Friday, August 18, 2023.

Nominate Your Colleague for a Quarterly Staff Special Recognition AwardThe Montgomery College Special Recognition Award (SRA) recognizes and celebrates staff members for exemplary performance on the job or for providing superior customer service to others at a time or event. Awards are issued quarterly throughout the fiscal year. Current full-time or part-time staff members employed at the College for at least one year are eligible to receive the SRA once per fiscal year.
The FY24 first quarter (Q1) award nomination window is open and accepting nominations. The closing deadline is October 1, 2023.
