Celebrate National Relaxation Day at the “Color Your Calm” Event
Unwind and unplug on Tuesday, August 15 from 12:30–2 p.m., at Central Services (CT) in S201. Relax, socialize, and color to decompress, as coloring is a great method to destress, be mindful, and relax.

Join “Couch to 5K” to Conquer Your Running Goals
Embrace the crisp autumn air and embark on an unforgettable running experience with our customized MC fall training program.
Whether you’re a first-time runner or trying to improve your stride, get ready to shine at the Rockville 5K/10K and/or MC Wellness, Student Life, and Exercise is Medicine annual Turkey Trot. The training materials will be distributed on Friday, September 1 and the 12-week virtual training program begins on Sunday, September 3.
The cost of $150 per participant will be covered by MC Wellness. Register today if you’re commited to completing the 12-week training program and running the Rockville 5K/10K. Let’s celebrate your wellness victories together!
