Employee Data Dashboard for August 2023
The Office of Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management (HRSTM) Employee Data Dashboard provides monthly data about Montgomery College employees to encourage employees to access on‑demand information and resources.
The data dashboard has been updated as of August 15, 2023.
The updates include broad information, such as the total number of employees broken down by employee type and demographic category. We believe this dashboard will aid you in answering questions, planning, and identifying personnel trends at MC.

Period Activity Pay Reminders for Fall 2023
As a reminder, Period Activity Pay (PAP) is how all part-time faculty (PTF) are paid in Workday and must be entered by administrative aides (AAs) based on the timelines set by HRSTM to ensure timely payment. Please note the following PAP dates for the upcoming fall semester.
Fall Pay for Part-Time Faculty
The number of payments will vary based on when the classes occur (i.e., the specific Part of Term). The majority of fall classes are in Part of Term 1, which will be paid over nine (9) pay dates.
The first pay date for the fall semester for PTF working Part of Term 1 will be September 8, 2023, and the ninth and final pay will be on December 29, 2023. AAs were contacted directly with specific details.

We’re thrilled to introduce the MC Wellness Ambassador program, exclusively designed for MC employees. As part of our unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of well-being, this initiative empowers you to make a positive impact on your colleagues' mental, physical, and emotional health.
MC Wellness ambassadors will:
- Support the MC Wellness program's goals and objectives.
- Motivate co-workers to participate in health and wellness efforts.
- Communicate MC Wellness offerings, programs, and events
- Collect employee wellness feedback from participants.
- Educate co-workers about a culture of well-being.
- Receive special swag items, such as shirts and jackets.
The MC Wellness Ambassador role:
- Is a voluntary duty that will not interfere with primary job duties
- May involve two (2) to four (4) hours per month.
- Requires a one-year service term, with potential for extensions.
- Requires attendance to four (4) wellness ambassador meetings per year.

Emergency Evacuation Accommodation It is important for all employees to have an emergency evacuation plan in place in the event of an emergency. Those who may need assistance during an evacuation due to a disability should consider identifying themselves to employers and building managers to aid in the planning process.

The FY24 MC Wellness Class Schedule for the fall will be posted on the MC Wellness page on Friday, September 1; the class schedule will begin on Tuesday, September 5. Classes are complimentary for MC employees, their spouses, and retirees.
