Employee Data Dashboard The HRSTM Employee Data Dashboard provides monthly data about Montgomery College employees to encourage employees to access on-demand information and resources.
The data dashboard has been updated as of June 10, 2024.
The updates contain broad information, such as the total number of employees broken down by employee type and demographic category. We believe this dashboard will assist employees with answering queries, planning, and recognizing personnel trends at MC.

MC Foundation: William Valentin’s Commitment to Special Needs Education
William Valentin, a purchasing specialist at Montgomery College since 2023, has always prioritized education, especially special needs education. His son, a high-functioning autistic student with immense potential, is currently enrolled in the Graduate Transition Program (GTP), a two-year initiative focused on job training and placement. William chose GTP to ensure his son found the best fit for his needs and interests.
During his involvement with GTP, William connected with Karla Nabors, the program director. In 2021, Karla and Derrick Nabors established the John E. Green Sr. Endowed Educational Scholarship, which supports students with developmental disabilities. Inspired by their initiative, William contributes to the fund, emphasizing, “You can see the good that it does.”
