HRSTM Classification and Compensation Practices Study UpdateOver the past several months, the Office of Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management (HRSTM) has meticulously reviewed and updated job profiles in Workday based on feedback from managers. More than 350 suggestions were received and processed. Managers were informed of the approved changes throughout the process.
As this work nears completion, the Classification and Compensation team will coordinate with Segal to conduct a market assessment. Data from the essential functions and qualifications sections of the job profiles will be compared with external market sources. The market assessment is expected to conclude in late 2024.

The data dashboard has been updated as of August 5, 2024.
