Payroll: Time Off Guidance for College Closure on Friday, October 11
Due to the College closure and Code Red status on Friday, October 11, from 1:30 p.m. to Saturday, October 12, at 7 a.m., all regular staff, department chairs, and administrators should enter an Operational Status Change Time Off (OSCTO) request in Workday for the affected hours.
- Faculty: No action required.
- Casual temps and student workers: No work or time entry during closure.
If you have already requested another type of time off for Friday, please update it to OSCTO. If you were not scheduled to work, no action is necessary.
Although the College was closed, non-essential employees who teleworked should report their regular hours and OSCTO for any differences. Essential personnel who worked onsite during the Code Red status are eligible for essential pay.
All corrections for the previous pay period will be reflected on the Friday, November 1, pay date. Please complete your corrections by Saturday, October 26, at noon.
