Overload Pay Dates for Full‑Time Faculty
For academic year 2024–2025, full-time faculty (FTF) will receive overload pay based on their spring course start dates.
FTF should consult with their department's administrative aide (AA) for information about their pay dates. As a reminder, first-half term classes started the week of Monday, January 27. The classes that put FTF over 30 ESH are considered overload and will be paid over eight (8) pays with the first pay date on Friday, February 21, 2025, and the last pay date on Friday, May 30, 2025. Second-half term classes start the week of March 31. The remaining classes that qualify for overload will be paid over four (4) pays, with the first pay date on Friday, April 18, 2025, and the last pay date on Friday, May 30, 2025. Depending on the department's submission date, the first overload pay date for FTF will be on Friday, February 21, or Friday, April 18.
