Take Action by February 28: SRA Change from Flat Dollar to Percentage
If you are enrolled in a Supplemental Retirement Annuity (SRA), you must take action by February 28 to change your flat dollar election to a percentage. Your change must be effective on March 1 in Workday to ensure a smooth transition. Many employees have already made this change—we thank you for acting quickly!
Please note the recent eblast with key updates and guidance to help you with this process. Reference the job aid for step-by-step instructions to make your change in Workday. You can also view the original memo and worksheet for more information. Although letters mailed to many employee homes had a conversion of current flat dollar amounts, we recommend using the worksheet to confirm the correct percentage based on the number of pay dates you plan to contribute (20 pays or 26 pays).
Attend Zoom Office Hours for assistance with completing your election via screen sharing in Workday (please come prepared with your percentage and ready to share your screen). Join Zoom to be placed in the waiting room on the following dates (same meeting link for all sessions):

Overload Pay Dates for Full-Time Faculty
For academic year 2024–2025, full-time faculty (FTF) will receive overload pay based on their spring course start dates.
FTF should consult with their department's administrative aide (AA) for information about their pay dates. As a reminder, first-half term classes started the week of Monday, January 27. The classes that put FTF over 30 ESH are considered overload and will be paid over eight (8) pays with the first pay date on Friday, February 21, 2025, and the last pay date on Friday, May 30, 2025. Second-half term classes start the week of March 31. The remaining classes that qualify for overload will be paid over four (4) pays, with the first pay date on Friday, April 18, 2025, and the last pay date on Friday, May 30, 2025. Depending on the department’s submission date, the first overload pay date for FTF will be on Friday, February 21, or Friday, April 18.
